Origin

From a child’s fascination with the sky to a life of skydiving, filming in freefall, paragliding valleys and piloting aircraft—Sky du Fly developed an art practice “from above.”

Air‑ & Artborne

Helmet‑camera freefall photography became abstract landscape paintings from a bird’s‑eye view and video art woven from flight recordings.

Discipline & Safety

Fearless yet methodical: risk is calculated, danger respected, outcome designed.

Flight Log & Expertise

Skydiver

Thousands of jumps; precise canopy control and formation work.

Freefall Cameraman

Early adopter of helmet cams to capture choreography in the sky.

Paraglider

Reading thermals & terrain; gliding lines become painterly gestures.

Airframe, weather and navigation literacy translate into composition.

Philosophy of Flight

Fearless, Not Reckless

The thrill is in mastering variables—weather, equipment, team—so that risk becomes choreography.

The Sky Is Not the Limit

Altitude is perspective. From above, patterns emerge that become paintings and moving images.

Name & Identity

“Sky du Fly” was chosen to be unmistakably connected to flight—and to be unique. It expresses an identity that is both airborne and art‑borne within the Kingdom of Art.
